Services of Commissioned Notarization, Certification and Legalization at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassies of China

1.    Procedures for Commissioned Notarization

1. Please specify details of your demands for notarization, including your name, address and nationality, the type of ID document you hold, the names of documents to be notarized, the specific matters to be proved, the language of notarization, the country where the notarization is used and the purpose of using the notarization.

2. Based on your demands, after consulting foreign-oriented notaries at the notary office, we’ll specify by email or WeChat the names of the certificates, the ID document and supporting documents  that are required for the notarization procedure, the cost and time of notarization.

3.You should submit the above relevant documents and materials based on our demands and scan the required documents into PDF files, then send the e-files, as well as the mailing address for your notarial certificates, the name of the receiver and the phone number, to the mailbox bjctn@hotmail.com.

4. On receiving the documents to be notarized, your ID document and supporting documents, we’ll offer a formal quotation by email, phone or WeChat, covering translation, notarization and express delivery, as well as terms of payment for you to choose from and account information.

5. On receiving the payment and required documents, we’ll start to go through relevant procedures of notarization on behalf of you at the notary office of relevant administrative authority. If you need to have a duplicate, an extra charge of production will be needed.

6. We’ll scan and send the electronic edition of the notarization by email, then have the physical document delivered to the address you appoint.

2.    Procedures for Commissioned Certification and Legalization at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Embassies

1. Please specify your demands for Certification and Legalization, including your name, address and nationality, the type of ID document you hold, the names of documents to be notarized, the country where the certified and legalized documents will be used and the purpose of using the certified and legalized documents.

2. Based on your demands, we’ll specify by email or WeChat the names of the certificates documents required for the certification and legalization procedure, the rough cost, time and major steps of certification and legalization.

3. You should submit relevant documents and materials based on our demands and scan the required documents into PDF files, then send the e-files, as well as your mailing address, the name of the receiver and the phone number, to the mailbox bjctn@hotmail.com. If any paper document is required, please send it by DHL or FedEx.

4. On receiving the documents to be notarized, your ID documents and supporting documents, we’ll offer a formal quotation by email, phone or WeChat, covering translation, notarization, certification, legalization and express delivery, as well as terms of payment for you to choose from and account information.

5. On receiving part of or all of the payment and required documents, we’ll start to go through relevant procedures of certification and legalization on behalf of you.

6. We’ll scan and send the electronic edition of the certified and legalized documents by email, then have the physical documents delivered to the address you appoint.
