Yes, NJStar Chinese Pen supports any Pen Tablet as long as it works like a computer mouse.

We have tested WACOM Bamboo tablet. It works perfectly in Windows XP without changing any setting. 

On Windows Vista, the deault Pen mode does not work well with NJStar. You need to change Pen Tacking from Pen Mode to Mouse Mode in the  'Pen Tablet Settings' of the Vista Control Panel, and turn off the mouse acceleration. as shown on the following screenshot.
