In NJStar Communicator's Chinese Input, when you move the mouse over each character in the selection, Pinyin is be shown on popup window.

Those characters involves one to many mapping. It's hard to get 100% correct.

You can turn it off by setting the viewer on 'Chinese GB18010' or 'Chinese Big5-HKSCS'.
