How can I copy my NJStar download to 1.44 floppy disks?
|
|
There are quite a few "file split" utility software available that allows you to split a large download file into smaller pieces.
Click here to download chop.exe which is a very small file-split program (93K). You can take a look of its readme.txt file as well.

I have purchased online but did not get downloads
|
|
There are 3 possible reasons:
1. When you are ordering a CDROM, please check this option:
"I have ordered CDROM, but I also like to download if possible (Credit Card Payment Only).", so that the download starts once your order is processed successfully.
2. If you have chosen to pay by cheque, money order or bank transfer, we will send you the download link and serial number after receipt of your payment.
3. If you are using Windows XP, make sure to turn off the popup blocker, so that the download starts immediately when your order is processed.

I have downloaded a NJStar software, but I have problem installing it.
|
|
If you are given the error message similar to "The automatic integrity checking has detected that the file is corrupted...", it means that your downloaded is incomplete or corrupted in the downloading process.
This problem is generally caused by the fact that a corrupted "cached" file might be stored by your local Internet Service Provider's proxy server. You can try
- use a FTP program such as CuteFTP (http://www.cuteftp.com), instead of using web browser, to download again. You can also try the famous GoZilla download plugin (free software) from "http://www.gozilla.com".
- download another copy from another site.
If you downloaded a "zip" formatted file, you'd need to have an "unzip"
software such as Winzip (http://www.winzip.com) to
extract the NJStar setup files first. After the file
extraction, you can click "setup.exe" to start the
normal installation.
