Web design process

1. First of all, let's discuss your web design project over the phone or via email, and based on your requirement, we will give you a quote, including estimated duration for completing that project.
2. After you have accepted the quote, a web design contract will be signed.
3. We get the web site content from you, and start designing the site (including domain registration and web hosting). At this stage, a 30% deposit is required prior to commencement.
4. We design a basic structure / layout of your web site first. If you like it, we will proceed from that point. You are also welcome to suggest amendments / modifications.
5. We will do our best to ensure your web site is designed with the best tools available and complete on time. We will not only strive to meet your specific needs, but to exceed them.
6. We will notify you immediately once your web site is complete. At this stage you may ask us to make minor and final modifications to your web pages.
7. Once everything is done and you are happy with our job, the rest 70% of web design charge is due to be paid.
